After Greg Tisdale graduated from Mississippi College with a bachelor’s degree in nursing and a minor in music, it didn’t take him long to realize that nursing would be more than a job to him; it would be his ministry. His passion for leading people to Christ led him into the field of oncology where he would see hundreds of patients struggling for life. Three years ago he joined the Hospice Ministries team as a fulltime nurse. “I consider it a privilege to lead someone from this life to the next and that’s what I love so much about Hospice Ministries,” says Greg. “Regardless of a patient’s situation – financial, physical, or spiritual – we meet them where they are and give them the dignity and respect that all life deserves.” Greg continues his journey in nursing not only with Hospice Ministries, but with Jackson Oncology. We’re thankful for the many members of our staff and team like Greg who are committed to serving hospice patients.
