A team approach is important and significant to Hospice Ministries. Every team member is important and every team member plays a vital role in patient care.

One-On-One Contact

Hospice Ministries is staffed with a team of medical directors, attending physicians, registered nurses, certified nursing assistants, social workers, bereavement counselors, chaplains, volunteers, pharmacists, therapists, and dieticians who have the unique ability to have quality one-on-one contact with patients who are at the end of life. We take care of not only the patient but also the family because we realize that it’s not just the patient who’s going through this illness – this end-of-life experience – it’s also the family.
